Running for office is no small feat, but doing this together makes the journey much more manageable.
We are bringing together up to 25 first-time federal candidates across all provinces, territories and major parties to support each other, tackle challenges without compromising values, and win the ground game — together.
As part of our Run Crew, you and your key campaign team members get access to coaching, resources, and support tailored to the unique experiences of women and gender-diverse candidates in politics.
We’re looking for hundreds of everyday Canadians with various backgrounds and talents to join us to help increase women’s representation by 10% - electing 37 new women to the House of Commons.
We will provide you with the tools to focus your efforts and to join others across the country in helping more women candidates win as a collective.
No political experience required, and leadership opportunities for those who do have experience.
Being a woman or gender-diverse parliamentarian, regardless of political stripe, is groundbreaking work. You become part of a special club of only 370 women who have ever been elected to federal parliament! They are operating in a system that was designed by men for men, decades ago.
Let’s make sure that our newly elected women and gender-diverse MPs are able to stay and do this work effectively, and to learn from the best in class.
